ASHLEY LEE

Ashley graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in studio art with focus on drawing and sculpture. Whilst at the Mend Center, she was introduced to the practice of thread painting and has been combining 2D work with various media to create 3D compositions that bring into question identity and space. Lee’s work combines subject matter such as texture, the human body and natural world.
